Email Braveland Design and let us know the product name, size, and quantity. Upon receiving the check or money order, the package will be shipped priority mail. A confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser when the order has been shipped.

Braveland Design uses Priority Mail for the shipping of all products. The United States Postal Services (USPS) offers the best shipping method worldwide for saving time and money. Items are shipped 2-3 days after payment is confirmed by CCNow. For Domestic orders, deliveries take 1-2 weeks.

International
Global Priority Mail is used for all international purchases. Please allow 2-6 weeks for deliveries. Braveland Design can't be responsible for the value-added tax that each country imposes in customs for mail-order packages.

Return or Exchange

Braveland Design makes sure that all shipped items are carefully packaged to preserve the upmost quality. Clothing may be exchanged due to size problem but the purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees including return shipping. Returns must be within 14 days of shipping date. Shirts must be in unworn, perfect condition. If a shirt is returned to Braveland Design damaged then the product will not be exchanged or refunded.
